A mixed fleet of boats competed for this handicap trophy on bank Holiday Monday. After a close morning race Barry Duck and crew Oliver flay in their Dart16 were first followed by Jamie Gibbons and Anthony Kingston in the RS400. Don and Sarah Terry took third in their Merlin Rocket.
By the afternoon the fleet was much reduced and Barry Duck and Ollie Flay triumphed once again despite one striker bar wire being reduced from twelve to three strands. Jamie Gibbons and Anthony Kingston made a course error and retired after finishing. Steve Clark came second and Mick Lane came third, both in Lasers.
The overall result was Commodore Barry Duck and Ollie Flay first, Steve Clark second, Mick Lane third.
