Optimist training at sea week Miracle sailing in the learn to sail course Topper training Royal Yachting Association Recognised Training establishment

About Us

We are an RYA Recognised Training Establishment with a number of qualified instructors and a strong group of assistant instructors amongst our members.

The following RYA courses are offered:

We run a Dinghy sail training course, which is available to both members and non members. The course runs from mid April to early June on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings.  The dinghies used for sail training are Toppers, Mirror, Magnos, Miracles and RS400.

We are also running a RYA Dinghy Level 1 and 2 course for Juniors aged between 10 and 14. This is four theory sessions on Saturday afternoons throughout February and three days practical from Monday 2nd August to Wednesday 4th August, but if we have bad conditions the course will be extended to the Thursday 5th or/and Friday 6th. So trainees must be available all week.

For more information please click here for our learn to sail booklet or apply straight away to the sail training courses with this application form.
