Fleets

At Hastings we currently have around 3 regular fleets.

The Laser fleet is by far the largest and has it's own starts each Sunday morning throughout the season.

The Handicap fleet is the second largest and is comprised of Dart 16s, Buzz's and Tasars predominantly.

Other adopted classes within the club include Toppers, Merlin Rockets and Miracles.

Other classes are of course welcomed and sailed at the club, however admission is by Sailing Committee decision. All boats at Hastings & St Leonards Sailing Club are stored inside under the promenade. The main benefit of this is no UV damage and for the most part dry, however we are obviously limited in the craft we can admit depending on whether the craft can fit through the doors and into a bay!
